At Inspire Sailing India we wish to be true to our name and motivate, support and inculcate a sailing culture within our students. We believe in maintaining a safe and friendly environment. We are true believers in the philosophy that ANYONE CAN SAIL, age is no barrier and sailing is a sport for one and all. Our goal is to bring people together and help them create a real relationship and connect with the sea.
Be it training children, a casual sailing day, a photoshoot for a special occassion or corporate events, Inspire Sailing keeps your safety and enjoyment prioritised.
We employ staff who are highly skilled, trained by us and are experienced in all aspects of safety in addition to being well versed in the sport.
All of our equipment, life jackets are all certified to ensure peace of mind even if you have a fear of the water, a fear that won’t last long into your course with us!
Xerxes started sailing at the age of seven and participated in many National and International Championships. Having won two National Titles in the Optimist dinghy 2006 and various national medals in other classes, he was selected to represent India at the Asian Games, Doha 2006.
Xerxes completed his RYA Yachtmaster Offshore from the UK and is currently a qualified Yachting Association of India Instructor.
Xerxes aims to provide a platform not only where sailors can develop and hone their skills, but also to introduce the sport of sailing as a recreation for all.
